Ingredients for deep conditioner quick mix:
2 tbsp of Veggie Shortening
2 tbsp of your favorite hair conditioner
1 tbsp of Vitamin E Oil
2 tbsp of Honey

    I'm just catching up on all your videos. Now after applying this conditioner for a deep treatment. Do i put on the shower cap and add heat? Or will my body heat be enough for this mixture? Thanks!!!
