    I made coconut "milk" this way and it was too watery and not creamy. I wondered about this and then read of another method. Where you infuse the chopped coconut meat in boiling water and let it sit. The hot water will pull the fat and essence from the meat, and then you can strain it and you will have a full CREAMY coconut milk. II'm going to try this hot water method Sunday. I'll report back. Ase.

    the dried coconut will not yield as much milk but you can do it that way…it was too watery cause I ran it twice BUT still delicious in our smoothies & mac & cheese today

    I'm going to make this!!! I didn't realize that it was so easy! Btw, I think I'm going to grow some red clover, because you have mentioned it more than once. I keep seeing it around on the side of the road and in other people's yards, but I don't have any. 🙁
