You are a life saver! My Jamaican coworker usually bring black cake at work can't really enjoy it cause I don't want to get tipsy on my patients. Now seeing your recipe it's a must try lol. By the way can I use a mixer I see you use spatula all the way.

Enjoy the fact that you use only unadulterated ingredients. No mixes, no prepackaged gunk, just natural ingredients, accessible to everyone! I am planning to try several of your recipes! I am uncertain as to what primento seed is? Years ago I had a Sargent who spoke about fried chicken feet do you know anything about this recipe? Thank you for what you do. Many of us have rejected the prepackaged life and you are a breath of fresh air!
