I'm Puerto Rican so I usually make a version of this called Carne Guisada.  I love all the colorful ingredients you added to this, and I am definitely going to make this for my family.  Thank you for this delicious looking recipe.

Love it but please ketchup is not part of Jamaican cooking. Old time Jamaican used tomatoes or tomato paste, brown sugar and cane vinegar.  It really does give a more authentic flavour.  Also, homemade browning is the way to go.  I know it takes time to prepare but the flavour makes it worth it.  I'm from Santa Cruz and we cook real country style.  If  beef bone marrow is added, it selloff.  I don't know at what point Jamaicans start using ketchup in their food but, not in my home. I do enjoy your videos.
