2 Tbsp Chia in Sorrel
4 Tbsp of Coconut milk Sugar to taste
Mix Sorrel and Chia seeds and heat slightly, adding sugar and spices to taste.
Remove from heat and stir in Coconut Milk.
Pour in small classes half way and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
When serving, top with toffee popcorn or your favourite sweet popcorn like our Angostura
