1 pack of Saltfish (dried, salted codfish)
1 (drained) can of tinned ackees,
1 medium onion,
1/2 tsp black pepper,
3 tbsp of butter OR cooking oil
1/2 Scotch bonnet or hot chilli pepper
2 Sweet peppers different colours.
