They're obviously not true roti as is so popular in Trinidad and Guyana (Trinidad the best) but she did say Jamaican roti. Like the difference in biscuit recipes. They look alright and probably taste good. Remember Jamaica has Indian population too who share theIr indigenous recipes albeit not as large a population as t&t and Guyana..
Sweetie pls update to 2 cups for flour in recipe notes. thxs
i love this lol & you are so funny. blessings.
Did you know Jerk chicken is Trini, Guyanese and most recently credited to dem wonderful people from suriname, in the same way we now think there is such a thing as "real Jamaican roti" compared to a patty lol omg, to answer your question King Judah 4 weeks ago what she is trying to make is Paratha not plain roti, Sada roti has no oil or butter while rolling, is thicker in comparison generally eaten for breakfast and is probably compared to a plain roti, like she is claiming lol, what next.
Thanks for being around people like you make my life a little bit more easy and my husband kid's and friends all want me to make something for them which means that you all are doing a great job of teaching me so thanks to all the great Jamaican cooks and their grandparents
I just tried this recipe and it turned out perfect, thank you so much
Smh… They look terrible. Roti is quite obviously not a native dish to Jamaicans. People, if you're looking for a real roti recipe don't look to a Jamaican. They're good with rice, Ackie, and jerk chicken. For true roti, you must find an Indian, Guyanese or a Trini and whatever island is highly populated by Indians. These are some of the worst roti skins I've ever seen in my whole, entire life. They look like pancakes. Just bad.
yes my man and kids are gonna be jumping on the table tonight when i bring out the Roti, hopefully it tun up like urs and mi nuh haffi buy it all the time. #jamaicamiseh??☺im soooo happy i found ur channel. lata

Your roti has too much flour after it's cooked. Why do you put sugar?
