    Hey, what is your hair routine after a workout? I sweat a lot on my head & face. I workout 6 days a week and my hair gets crunchy, frizzy and loses it curl pattern so I wear it in twists. But I want to wear my hair loose, do u recommend washing your hair everyday? What can help bring it back to life after a workout? Thx ??
