Erol Josué, General Director of the National Bureau of Ethnology (BNE) hosted a CNN production team (Cable News Network), within the framework of the production of a documentary on voodoo “Believer”, a joint project “CNN-BNE” whose shooting was carried out on Saturday at the premises of BNE, Haiti Libre reports.
This documentary that will be presented by the famous presenter, Reza Aslan, is based on voodoo and preservation of tradition, while showing the values of this cult, which is a way of life in Haiti.
Note that BEN has been the main theme of this project that will have a fruitful contribution for Haitian Culture. Several establishments, institutions and artists have brought their contribution to the success of this documentary including : the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Ethnology, the Foundation Félicité, the dancer and choreographer Linda Francois, Professor Jerry Michael and his class Memory and Heritage, Kod kreyol and Drums of Haiti.
CNN promises with this documentary, to give worldwide exposure to voodoo both on local channels, international and social networks where “Believer” will be available.
